Fiesta ST-3 (Performance Pack) or I30 N

Need a 5-door hatch with a reasonable turn of speed.

Think I now have this down to either a Fiesta ST-3 (Performance Pack) or I30 N. I'm considering cars about 18 months old so circa £20K or £30K respectively.

Clearly they are different sizes, but both great cars.

What is the concensus?

Will be used for B road blasts; longer range sorties e.g. family holidays; and popping out for Sunday papers and milk.

I stood next to an i30N last week for the first time and thought what a good looking car it was.
It would get my vote.

I’m not a great fan of 5 door hatches but the Fiesta looks awful in that guise, too squashed. I’d go for the i30 N Fastback
