Distance Selling Rules - Apply to Used too?

Under distance sales regulations, one has the right to cancel up to 14 days after taking delivery with no need to provide a reason for cancelling.

Does this apply to used cars as it does to new cars?

As long as you have not been on site and viewed the car then yes distance selling rules apply
