Lease Percentages 2022

Excuse me and my possible ignorance ..I am new to this forum.
Based on overall cost of lease divided by selling price /real world sale price..what is classed as good percentage in 2022. And more so ..is this a worthwhile formula to use and if not are there more astute ways to determine whether your getting a good deal or not.

It could be just me, but I don't really understand your question.
Your best option is to post details of the kind of deals you are looking at.
From what I gather by reading other threads leasing is less attractive now than it used to be. Its not something I've ever done though so hard to comment.
