Where to buy new LHD Porsche, BMW, Tesla, Audi?

I'm looking to buy a new electric car (taking advantage of the 100% 1 year capital write down allowance).
The vehicle would be mainly used in Europe but registered on UK plates as it will be a UK business company car.
Thinking something like Taycan Turbo S, Audi e-Tron GT RS, Tesla modeal X or BMW iX.
Does anyone have experience of using a European dealer to supply and is there a particular country I should look at for best purchase price?
