Petrol Estate - Options

I'm looking for a large (Mondeo size) petrol estate. Normally I would just buy a Mondeo, but there are only 10 or 11 on Autotrader (at least 2 of which are actually diesel) and the specs on all of them are dire.
The car MUST have:
Heated front windscreen
Heated steering wheel
Android Auto (car play optional)
Reliable & usable front and rear parking sensors
Adaptive Cruise
Auto-high beam
A decent level of performance
I really don't want an Audi, BMW or Mercedes.
The only other 2 cars I've found that fit the bill are the XF Sportbrake and the Volvo V60 - with the Polestar version being an interesting consideration. Is there anything else I'm overlooking? I suspect there's a Skoda or 2 that fits the bill, but I'm just not keen on the styling.

There;s another one to look for & that's the latest gen Insignia, in 2.0T Elite 260 form it ticks all of your boxes but the hard part will be finding an estate as they tend to sell rather quickly:The car MUST have:

Budget is what I need to spend to get the car I want, whilst retaining the concept of VFM (i.e. not new). I realise that I'll be paying over the odds due to the current market complexities, but I can live with this because part of the purchase price will be met by an insurance payout on a car I bought 5 years ago - hopefully that makes sense. Budget started at £20K, but slowly grew to £25K and then eventually £30K. I could go higher, or I could stick around £20K. It's all about finding the right car at the right price.
I did think about the V90, but I think that the V60 just about scrapes in on the size front, and AFAIK there's no Polestar option for the V90. It may well be that I should also start to consider the Focus estate, and maybe I will.
SUVs are just not acceptable under any circumstances.
Having had a car with a heated front screen and using it daily during the winter to go swimming at 6:30am - it's something I'm not prepared to be without.

The car it's replacing had that option and it worked extremely well. As the car that is being replaced was written off, and if given the choice, I wouldn't have changed it, then I want to retain all of the functionality that I previously had and found useful.Really? There were other options such as blind spot warning and "lane assist" that the car also had, but I'm not fussed about in the slightest.
High beam assist might not be important to you - it is to me for this specific car.
Heated screen really limits your options.
Do you have off road parking where you could potentially install a charging point?
There are a good few PHEV options where you wouldn't have a heated screen but could use the pre-heat function to the same effect. Passat and Skoda Superb spring to mind.

V90 T4 (or ideally 5, T8 if you’re made of money) with a ‘plus’ and winter pack will give you that and more, ideally with the ‘active bending lights’ which a step up from high beam assist.
Android/ Apple if not fitted can be done by a dealer for about £350, it’s hardware and software.
