What 4x4?

I'm toying with the idea of replacing my Hilux, as I am finding the ride quite crashy on our local lanes, and the loadbed isn't getting as much use as I thought. The replacement will still have to do some heavy lifting, some towing, and a fair bit of off-road use. The 2H FFRR looks good value, especially given the epic lead times on factory orders at the moment, though hard to find them in non-black/grey.

I don't like the Discovery 5 interior - too modern for my tastes. I wish it was more like our old 4. And you can't even order one in green!

We have had a Shogun previously and it was less refined than my Hilux, so not really a contender.

there's a new land cruiser in a year. that's stopped me buying.

I'd like a ineos, however waiting to see proper reviews and issues.

In the short term a FFRR, 2017ish 4.4 tdv8 for £30k would make sense.
