Looking for a new car for my son and bauer motorsport in hemel hempstead has the right car at the right price but can't find any info anywhere on the company, could anyone enlighten me please as a few red flags are showing up as residential address but company name but can supply warranty, finance, vehicle checks, hpi, I'm just a bit confused on whether to avoid or go take a look tia

Anyone can 'check' a vehicle, do an hpi search and 'partner' with finance or warranty companies (otherwise known as filling in applications on behalf of the buyer). Forming a limited company can reduce an individual's financial risk and liability compared to registration as a sole trader. A company can be registered anywhere and many are registered at home addresses and there may be tax advantages for doing so. Many addresses have multiple companies registered at them (a service accountancy firms often provide). It's all good, I messaged today and asked him the question but he gave a roundabout reason without a direct answer, then messaged me this evening to say someone had put a 1000 deposit on it which holds the car for 10 days so that made me even more suspicious as most places are 100 refundable, so looking elsewhere now 😀

Consumer Rights Act 2015 faults within 6 months of purchase are usually "pre existing" and your (the seller) responsibility to rectify

What board is that then ?
A dealer does not have to give any warranty. Many give 3 months, others 6 and others more.What board is that then ?
Just looked up one of my favourite traders and under warranty it just says "we don’t have unhappy customers, we promise the car will be great". No other warranty listed.
