Charge on Sales order (and hello!)

Hello everyone, new on here and after some advice if I may from anyone who's bought a car recently.
It's been 10 years since I have so I'm a bit rusty.
We (wife and I) went into Arnold Clark last week, saw a car but the colour wasn't right (snot green as described by MrsB).
Anyway, they had a another one at a branch in Aberdeen that we could get shifted nearer (Chesterfield branch).
£99 was duly paid over for the transfer...all well and good and as expected.
Here's the question though:
On the order itself there are 2 additional charges:
£25 for fuel
£95 for delivery and number plates (it's a 3 year old car).
Has anyone bought a car recently from AC and seen these charges or are they puling the wool over a rusty buyers eyes do you think.
I've not questioned the charges yet (we go to see it in the flesh tomorrow and see if they have put fuel in etc) but want to check with you all before I make a fuss and potentially sour the 'new car' buying moment for MrsB.

If you do your own servicing wave bye bye to any AC warranty which to be fair will have more holes than a colander but you have been warned, best of luck.Not sure now, can they be that bad (much worse than elsewhere)?

Have you actually agreed to buy the car moved in for you ?
If so were all those extras discussed verbally with you first ?
If not agreed to buy then whilst I can sort of understand both the so called transfer fee ( no doubt they will say admin fee and charged on all sales ) and indeed fuel fee - charging for delivery maybe but number plates ?
Irrespective is the car good and the price acceptable - if so then all those bits I would personally like to think were discussed and any negotiations done.

Buying the car was on condition on seeing it and driving it first though we have signed the order. As it's 1 owner, low mileage and less than 3 years old I expect it'll be OK (Kia Picanto).If so were all those extras discussed verbally with you first ?

The £99 transfer fee (AC describe it on the website as a delivery fee) was discussed, agreed and has been paid (willingly).
The additional £25 fuel charge and £95 delivery and number plate charge were not discussed/mentioned and appeared on the order.
Admittedly the time to query was there and then but 'heat of the moment' etc and doing everything electronically on a mobile in the showroom meant I didn't twig.
AC also reckon that it'll have the remainder of the KIA warranty...I'm beginning to suspect that might be tosh too.
Mike , Kia’s I believe have a 7 year warranty so would like to think you’ll be getting the 4 year balance automatically and just double check this.

The £99 delivery fee ok I guess - but charging you to fit plates just because they have AC written on them is a bit cheeky !

Sorry meant to add if you didn’t twig at the time then quite understandable and nothing to stop you mentioning this when you view.
If the car is not as described or has any issues I guess that’s another get out anyway.
But hopefully it’s exactly what you want and is great condition so whether you’ve paid £100 ish too much in the scheme of things isn’t the end of the world.
Keep it for only 4 years and £25 a year ?!

I'll take it steady tomorrow and check everything whilst trying not to get too excited (at least the car isn't for me!).
There's a 7 day cooling off from the day they tell us it's ready so I can always walk away.
Regards warranty it was clearly stated by the sales guy that it had the remainder of KIA warranty. Even had a whole discussion about Kia's conditions and that Kia parts need to be used etc. I guess that's only words though but I'll double check tomorrow.
Might even ask them to put £25 fuel in it and see what they say...

Car was fine, odd liitle tiny scratch here and there, not bad for 3 years old.
Got my £99 'delivery fee' back too as delivery and number plate charge was already on the bill. Number plates clearly weren't new but not a great issue.
Had over half a tank in. The £25 charge is standard on a sale (even got a receipt from local fuel station).
Services up to date and done at Kia dealerships.
Only slightly naughty practice was that they drove it down from Aberdeen instead of transporter (as the sales guy said it would). Seemed a bit surprised when I noticed the mileage had gone up!
All in all, quite a pleasant and straightforward buying experince.

I had a look around our local Arnol Clark a few years back with the Mrs. She saw a car she was semi keen on and then the s#%t show began. The crap that came out of the salespersons mouth was on a new level. When this wasn't working he brought his manager over for a chat, who proceeded to talk s£%t about my trainers for a bit (I really couldn't care less about my footwear), and somehow he thought this would make me forget about the crap figures on the table.
I got her into a lease from elsewhere shortly after.
