EV (Sal Sac) vs Petrol for a specific budget?

Hey guys
Im looking into new cars, my company offers sal sac EV, which seems to let me have a tesla for between £530-£600 pcm based on spec / model, including all costs associated with driving (inc 4k miles electric, insurance etc etc)
This has got me considering, what else could I do with that budget? Im not married to electric, but i do like to not throw my money away on petrol if theres no need...
I currently have an abarth 595 which seems to run me for around 350ish pcm if i break down all my insurance and servicing etc thats included with the tesla, so £200ish more pcm for a tesla vs an abarth...
Is it even worth looking at what that price can get me on the used petrol market in terms of comparable performance? or will it never stack up financially / performance wise to the tesla?
