Auto Trader Android App Down?

My app has been continually syncing for 48 hours. With what, I have no idea. I can't use the app, because it just says "Data service issue", and Googling thst tells me nothing.

Is anyone else having problems? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but now I can't log in because "Data service issue".

ETA: The data service issue is specific to AT

Working on my Samsung phone and tablet no issues .... unintsall it and re-install it, usually sorts most stuff ...

Go int the apps permissions management in Android and make sure all is enabled.

Also try popping phone in and out of 'airplane mode'

Finally managed to contact AT.

I had the Data Service Issue with AT earlier today.
My fault as I'd switched off my Internet to launch a free app that is Ad hungry - no Internet, no Ad's, app works.

For the last couple of days I am seeing the "Sync in progress" notification sitting in the background but the app still works fine.

Try clearing cache and then restart your phone

I had some issues with it recently. Got an update through Google play today and seems ok again now.

Same. Can't load saved adverts or searches. The rest of the app works fine still.
