Appreciating "Classics"? Impreza 22B is now worth £300k!!

Having just found out, the old 22B is now fetching up to £300k (Thanks Johnny Smith and The Late Brake Show). Who can guess what is next to do this kind of insane appreciationg?

I had a thought that something like the RS6 V10 might do that kind of thing in the next 25 years, perhaps a safer bet is grabbing a Impreza P1 while they are still available under £50k.

What are your thoughts?

I often wonder who's actually paying these prices?
Maybe Tommi Mak Evo, Impreza RB5 to name a few.
My opinion was a bit mixed on those 22b replicas but each to their own.
