Rights on defects
Discussion
I'll keep it brief, and semi anonimous incase the dealer is on here. A £60k purchase on HP last year (5 months ago), car was delivered to me and immediately noticed defects, dealer admitted and asked for costs to repair etc. 5 months later they no longer return calls/e-mails and clearly trying to avoid and hope it goes away. Anyone know my rights, reject car on HP?, specialist motor trade solicitor? Hoping to resolve without it costing me, losing hope though.
TIA, ginger.

When you say defects do you mean mechanical fault/bald tyres or a cosmetic defect?TIA, ginger.
