£10k nippy estate daily

Hi all,

I currently have an M135i and a mk1 MX5. Im thinking of chopping both in for a cheaper daily and a different/more expensive "weekend car".

Daily wise, I'll have about 10k to spend. What I want:

Estate
Around 200hp or above
Around 30mpg on a run
Petrol prefered if I need to enter a ULEZ.

I'm thinking various BMW touring etc.

Any thoughts?
