Need a car for 12mths

Hello All!

I currently have a Volvo C40 Twin Ultimate (only 5mths old) through salary sacrifice. I am potentially going to be moving jobs and will not be able to order an EV till the probation period if 6mths is up, so that leaves me with somewhere between 7mths (if I choose something in stock at the time) to 12mths for a factory order.

I was in this situation previously a bought a Mk1 TT 225 which served me very well even if I was always worried about it throwing me a bill - I did 12k miles in that a year ago.

I travel about 12k per annum, most of those journeys are 40miles in total. With the very occasional 200 miles in a weekend.

I’ve probably got 7-9k to spend - I know it’s not a lot but I’m realistic with requirements

• something which will retain 90% of the value I pay
• be relatively cheap to run/economical
• be relatively cheap to tax, insure and service
• have Bluetooth (not going through that again)
• ULEZ
• bigger than a corsa

What would you recommend?
