End of PCP - Normal?
Discussion
Mother-in-law PCP is due to finish end of this month.
She has placed a new vehicle order from factory, which is due to arrive mid October-23.
Dealer advised they would contact Volkswagen Financial Services to notify them of this, and her usual payments would continue until the new car is delivered.
Yesterday the dealership sent her paperwork through to sign & return for a new 12 month hire purchase agreement on her existing car, which includes 2 free services...which seems strange given her existing car will be part-ex in less than 2 months.
Is this normal process?
Thanks in advance.

as above talk to the dealer.
at Suzuki when we sold a car and the new one was a long time away if the current car was on pcp, The customer could have the extension done through the finance company and it kept the payments the same until the new car arrived.
we didnt get involved with any paperwork though. all went through the finance house
