Mileage Issue on HPI

I've put a deposit down on a Camper van and ran an HPI check which has come back with a mileage discrepancy. The MOT mileage data is all valid and correct however in July 2020 there are two entries with the source of "DVLA". As you can see these two entries mess up the mileage information. There was an owner change on the 30th June 2020 but not sure why there are two mileage entries in the July.
I've contacted DVLA but they were no help whatsoever. Just wondering if this should be something to be concerned of? Would it put you off buying?

Either it's had a 4000 mile haircut in between being traded in being sold in July 2020, or someone put the wrong mileage on the form at trade-in or sale.
A dodgy secondhand dealer took a small number miles (only about 1500 if I remember correctly!) off one of my old cars once, despite it being 10 years old and having done about 120k miles. They had taken it back to a few hundred miles above what had been recorded at the MOT I'd had done about 3 months before I got rid of it. I can't believe it added more than a few pence to the value, but I guess some old habits must be hard to get out of....
Even if it has been clocked by 4000 miles, that really wouldn't make any difference to the condition on a 10 year old camper which has done about 100000 miles. If you're planning to keep it a decent amount of time, it wouldn't be an issue. However if you are only planning on keeping it for a few months, this could make it more difficult to move on afterwards as others will also find this in the HPI check too.

They stated they couldn't supply any info and if I believe the recorded info is wrong then id have to write to the Vehicles Team AFTER purchasing the vehicle.Did they refuse to speak to you or give any info ?
Looking at the data more, I wonder if the mileage was entered on the V5 when there was an owner change 30 June 2020, and the mileage was inputted incorrectly. Then 3 weeks later someone's tried to rectify because if you remove the 95,000 entry there is no issue and it all aligns...
In this case you're lucky that the shoddy trader has twice put in rounded up/down figures with the '000' so you can clearly see they didn't do it properly.
There might be some servicing paperwork that shows the true mileage in that same time period (or before the next 'proper' reading at the MoT).
