What is Advanced HPI?

I have a car up for sale and someone has asked about an Advanced HPI check - from here: advancedhpi.co.uk?

Maybe I am being paranoid but something doesn't feel quite right about it:

- requires the vehicle owner to perform the check
- really basic website
- "Rite-off check"
- gmail email address
- WHOIS search doesn't show registrant details
- quite bizarre Terms and Conditions

Anyone any experience.
