Tesla MY Performance lease costs

Hi all,
Been considering a MY performance for a while’s and looking at costs etc. anyway a white ex demo popped up for what I think is a good deal so I put the £200 deposit on it. So it’s 11 months old demonstrator 3k miles for £53,300 BUT because classes as ‘new’ and not used Tesla offer the PCH on it with 0% finance bla bla which they don’t offer if classified as used
So 10.000 miles and 3 years it PCH is £5,300 and £412 per month. This is vs a new one £60,000 same terms £6.150 and £499 per month. Seems like a good deal to me but still sitting on the fence ! Partially because wasn’t really sure if I wanted to go Tesla and secondly I would have preferred black vs white !
