Tesla MY Performance lease costs

Hi all,
Been considering a MY performance for a while’s and looking at costs etc. anyway a white ex demo popped up for what I think is a good deal so I put the £200 deposit on it. So it’s 11 months old demonstrator 3k miles for £53,300 BUT because classes as ‘new’ and not used Tesla offer the PCH on it
So 10.000 miles and 3 years it PCH is £5,300 and
