8 owners in 4 years.. red flag?

I came across a nice looking BMW 235i gran coupe on Autotrader. Well below market price, but has 8 owners in 4 years.

Should I be worried? or is it a good deal to be had?

1st question would be to find out how long the current owner has had it and why are they selling it?
How long would you be intending to keep it for, if a long term then the number of owners becomes less of an issue but if only 6 months you'll then have the same challenges etc selling it?

How much is it and is it below market price?

Just found the advert.

Red flags:
-Owners obviously
-£3000 cheaper than the next cheapest one in the country which has done 80,000 miles
-Photos in a field
-ODB port flap is wide open in the pictures lol
-Crap advert

Seats are awful but that’s choice - they are also pro pack seats but the car doesn’t look to have it which means they aren’t standard, at least from my knowledge of looking these cars up.

Edit: has blue calipers and HK so maybe it does but the wheels are not pro wheels I don’t think?
