Auto trader "intelligence"
Discussion
What fresh hell is this?
A Tesco value AI implementation picking 3 arbitrary words or phases to describe the vehicle and its apparent "highlights", one of which seems almost universally to be whatever "trending" means, which I'm quite sure with some of the cheap, rancid SUV crap I've had to look at in the last few days really is not true.
When you choose any car now you get through price, along with the completely disproven "gauge" telling morons who know no better what type of price it is, when it is known to exclude private sales or the extremes of high or low pricing,
- then some fabrication of PCP costs,
- then the opportunity to further enrich then through "reserving" via auto trader,
- then these fake AI highlights
- then the overview, including spec and features, and
- FINALLY, the actual description.
Does anyone think about the customer these days? Does anyone ask for any of this?

Cerainly not me, I hate the new foremat, it is clunky; probably means that I will not use Autotrader again although unfortunately they do have a monoply.
