5k Auto Hatchback

Hi all
A friend is after a 5k auto hatchback, petrol, in his local area (leicester +~30 miles)
Anyone have any ideas on a few good cars?

My main sticking point is the auto, and finding a reliable one.

Hatchback offers quite a wide range of sizes - You get an auto Toyota IQ through to an auto Mondeo (which I think is probably about the biggest of the hatches.


Have they done an autotrader search for auto, up to 5k, distance from postcode x to see any maybes or no's already? Usual answer to these questions is something Japanese or Korean. Yaris, Auris, kinda thing.
