Hi my son brought a golf on fiance 2 years ago been trying to get a new log book for it ever since been told today by the dvla that it's a class B right off he still owes 2 years off fiance on it what happens now ??it was written off 2year before he got it

Yes brought from a dealer near doncaster only found out tonight at 5pm so not spoken to the finance company

Yes he brought it from a trader near doncaster they sorted finance out
