HPI showing unit stocking outstanding finance?

Have got a g80 m3 reserved but ran a hpi on it and it is showing as having outstanding finance and the agreement type is unit stocking, is that normal? It's from a dealership

Perfectly normal. Much the same way as you wouldn’t necessarily want (or can’t afford to have) all your capital tied up in a vehicle, neither do dealers.
