Used ffrr hybrid, any good or one to avoid?

Looking to buy a Range Rover P400e. Had initially thought of the V8 diesel but didn't realise there was a hybrid. My usage profile would suit the hybrid (all 20 miles of it....)
My budget is around £30k so would need to be a 2018 or there abouts. Are the hybrids any better reliability wise in comparison to the diesel?
Also, I see loads of ffrr as private sales on Autotrader, is this because traders won't touch them given their reputation.
