Ok,

Things have been decent for a few years and I need to add one final car to the collection - need ideas:

As of today, the current fleet is:

Daily 1: 2023 Audi RS6 Vorsrpung (will never sell this)
Daily 2: 2024.Tesla 3 Performance (Wife drives this laptop)
Daily 3: 2024: VW ID Buzz (Dog use and airport runs for family)
Fun: 2023: Huracan Steratto (great fun - need to keep miles under control)

Question: What would you add ?

996 Turbo S ?
Audi B7 RS4 Cab ?
Bentley GTC ?

We have lots of nice weather where I live !!!

SR

Don't really see what those proposed bring to the table that you haven't got covered off by the existing fleet.

Instead, either:

Svelte fun car - Caterham/Elise
Aerial Nomad for crazy
Classic of some flavour for Sunday cruising

MX5 - Cabrio, small, cheap enough to park anywhere and not worry.

If you can afford it, E-Type roadster, if not a Lotus Elan S1. TBH any other 60's drop top classic.

Something about a car so analogue, pretty and nostalgic. Perfect for a summer evening run to the pub or along the coast roads.

Yep. Or a Merc Pagoda.

As an aside, I am really intrigued why you want them as RHD UK cars down in Malaga and with a collection of them must be a massive PITA to run a rota to bring them back for annual MOTs! Unless you hire one transporter all to yourself. Why not LHD and locally registered? None of my business but can't get the logic and wondering if I am now missing a trick!

Apologies - didn't make it clear. All dailies are LHD ES registered. Heavier stuff is on UK plates for one reason - residuals ! I also use the heavier stuff for euro trips from the UK.

Want to stay away from older cars (pre 00) but I do like the suggestions. The Pagoda and E-Types !!!!

The brief sounds like fast open top cruiser. Price seems like you’re pretty flexible.

How about a R230 SL55 AMG? Mr Clarkson bought one from new which, while he may divide opinion, is surely a positive sign for the motor.

You've not got a convertible, so Boxster / 911 / SLK / SL AMG / Aston Volante

I’m biased, but an M6 V10 convertible is an (admittedly needy) left field choice to add to that list. Should have rock solid residuals too, good ones are rising now.

For me that collection needs an Emira/Evora or an Alpine.

Had a 991 GTS Cab two years ago which was lovely. Maybe time for an SL AMG. I do like the '08 SL63 shape although another PH has mentioned the earlier SL55 AMG which is tempting

Now youre talking Mr Macron ! Only issue is when they require TLC - There are less specialists in the Malaga area than Blighty.

Love the one you've shared mind.
