Fancy a comfy, smooth, spacious ride for travelling around being Dads Cabs at the weekends.

Both my kids play football and invariably have around an hours travel to matches.

We have a Tesla Model 3 Performance for the donkey work mainly but if prefer a more comfortable ride.

Budget of £10k-ish, reliable, coupe, SUV, saloon, whatever….

Over to you!

Not very exciting, but the first car that comes to mind with comfort is Volvo,

Maybe a V70/S60 with the 5 cylinder diesel,

Or the S80, or if you wanted an SUV, you have the XC90 D5.

I used to have a V70, the seats were the most comfy I've ever sat in.

They're really good cars & fit your brief, once you drop all the windows & open the roof you'll have smiles for miles.

W221 S-class or A8 D3 for me given the criteria of ferrying people around in absolute comfort.

Lexus LS 600h, comfy V8 barge.

A late L322 with the 5.0 petrol, certainly comfy and spacious, and vaguely more relisble with the removal of the diesel

Or an earlier 4.2 supercharged Jag engined one,

Or the first l322 with the 4.4 bmw unit.

As per James, we had a V70 and the most comfortable seats in a car I've ever owned driven.
Also had a great sound system as standard.

Been doing that this year and it’s ok, but fancy wafting.

Toyota Aristo

- Legendary 2JZ-GTE
- Reliable
- Quick
- Sounds great

Auto box might be a little archaic, but otherwise is a great wafter and left field option.
