Impossible to report scams on Ebay now?

I tried to report an obvious scammer today (dozens of vehicles for sale). A message comes up to click on the item and then on the three dot icon to report it. I can't see a three dot icon anywhere. Is this a deterrent to stop us reporting scams or am I missing something obvious?
