Someone who once worked for me ran one as his daily driver, he loved it. Trouble free and amazing on fuel.

We have had a few of these in my extended family, Peugeots and Renaults. They have been serviced on time, and not spent time just chugging around locally. They are very economical indeed. Overall, to answer the OP they are good up to about 80k ( generalisation) but can then throw up DPF problems - a veritable area for bullshytt and snake oil remedies. Also high pressure fuel pump can play up ( hard to access). So they can at that stage change into money pits.
