The wife's lease car goes back next week and I've spent the day cleaning/sorting it.

The rear tyres are on around 5mm and they're all evenly worn. I've noticed this cracking on the tyres (they're 4 years old now). Any experts know if they'll refuse to take the car like this due to their wording regarding cracks on the tyres? If not am I likely to have a charge for new ones? (Even though it'll be going straight to auction). It passed it's MOT a few months back with no advisories.

Look fine to me (I suspect they are talking about bigger cracks in the side wall) and if the MOT didn’t flag it up, I think you can play dumb in the unlikely event they call it out…

Of these are the tyres originally supplied with the car when delivered st the start of the lease-hire, then any manufacturering issues are easily pushed back to the lease company.
