Keeper History?

After a R53 mini and seen one locally on FB Marketplace at a good price. It's 2003 with 109k but the keeper history is putting me off a bit as it's changed hands a few times after very short periods, current owner has only had it a month.
MOT history looks good but should the keeper history be a warning sign

Appreciate it's a 20+ year old car so it will have some quirks

I appreciate FB Marketplace is free to sell but worth perhaps asking around on the R53 FB owners club as to if anyone knows about that car.

Ask the owner upfront as to why they are selling it after only a month, may be an interim stopgap car / realised he can't get 2 kids in child seats easily in it..
At least the previous owner had it 1 year 7 months.
