Used Van for under £10k

I’m looking for a used van to use for motorcycle track days and normal daily duties to replace one of the 2 cars we have at home.
Primary reason for purchase: I want to complete more track days next season, both UK and Europe. I’d also like to be able to easily move my motorcycle to garages and take it with me when visiting long-distance family for holidays.
I’ve hired lots of vans over the last few years and owned a Pickup - I generally enjoy the driving position of a van and finding having a commercial vehicle to hand useful. A pickup is out of the question, given the difficulty loading a motorcycle.
Maximum purchase price is £10k inc VAT, though in an ideal world I’d like to spend no more than £6k.
Mileage no more than 125,000 (though I’d like to see this lower if at the top end of the budget). Must be 3 seats - no 2 seaters and no 2nd row. Absolutely must take a 1000cc sports bike in the back and I’d prefer a bulkhead (transit custom, Renault traffic etc).
Only experience/opinions I have so far:
I drove a new shape Vivaro recently, and whilst the load space was okay, the cabin felt cramped, which I only noticed on my second 3 hour journey. I assume this will rule out the new stellantis group models unless any of them have a bigger cabin?
I drove a Relay L3H3 a while ago and that was too big for me to own. I won’t rule out an L1H1 Large van though.
ULEZ not required, age not really an issue, so long as the van is clean/presentable enough to park on the driveway.
Manual & Diesel fine. Ideally 6 speed and 100+ bhp.
Any thoughts appreciated.

I'd go with an H1L1 then, Boxer, Relay or whatever you can find locally. Useful vans really, enough space for a bike plus you, shelving up high for bike bits, dead easy to work on and plenty of bits available with no real surprises. Rust the killer, everything else gets swapped out with relative ease. Boxier than a car-like van, maybe harder to sell over them because commercial tax etc, but that works in your favour when buying.
