Used car leasing is expensive?!?

I didn’t want to pollute the leasing thread with this question, but when looking for deals I’ve seen a few companies offering leases on used (presumably early returns) cars.

I wouldn’t be against leasing a used car, but on the few I’ve looked at the prices were insane and no cheaper than just leasing a new car. Am I missing something?
