Best quality car interior sub £5k - occasional use car

In between cars at the moment whilst I decide on something nice to buy. Any recommendations on a sub £5k motor with a nice quality interior? Not really fussed if petrol or diesel as I won’t be doing many miles the next few months. Looked at 2002 on SL, D2 and D3 audi A8, E63/E64 bmw 6. Ideally something reliable too… any suggestions?

From my own experience a CLS interior is a really nice place to be and you'd likely get a CLS500 for under £5k. The W221 S Class is doable at that budget too, interior is really lovely but could be expensive to run but you'd be hard pushed to beat the interior at least.
