As per the title, would do a 2 year PCP and less than 5k a year in mileage, help me decide! Thanks.

The 2021 car all day long. Numerous improvements, especially inside, and better built. I'd also avoid Tesla alloys as they're made of chocolate IME and make the ride quality significantly worse.

Thanks both, the low mileage on the first one was tempting me.

FYI I have read this: https://ev-inventory.com/guide/tesla-model-3-buyer...

You're doing 5k miles a year in a 2 year PCP. I wouldn't worry about low miles on the car choice.

They are standard on most Teslas. Not sure about the base model of that vintage. Certainly standard on LR AWD.

Everything gets better as the cars get newer - battery capacity, efficiency, 12V battery, heat pump, build quality, infotainment CPU, refinement, standard spec, etc, etc.

Please buy one with a LFP battery. Much better and more reliable.

For those of us who don't speak Tesla can you say that in plain English without the acronym please.

Lithium iron phosphate - nothing to do with Tesla, it's just the battery chemistry.

It’s only the base standard range Model 3 that has an LFP battery.

Afaik there was never a Tesla without heated front seats.
Heated rear seats were optional (software setting though, they were present) for a while on the lowest of Model 3s. That was before 2021.
Heated steering wheel wasn't present before 2021 iirc.

In short, if I'm not mistaken, if you have a heated steering wheel you have heated seats on all seats.
