BCA collection- no issues but asked to sign one page only

So guy comes back to me today after 10mins of inspection and says all good/no issues can you sign here.

One one small box it says 'customer agrees with findings'.

I queried this and he replied 'if there was something we have to show you first'.

The tablet just had a large signing screen.

He then added 'the car is going straight to the auction house now as no issues'.


Paranoia? Me?

Is that the usual thing?

IME many of them just can't be bothered. For example, my wife returned a lease car a year or so ago that had 14000 miles over the allowance with pretty badly scuffed alloys. Nothing.
