Lease info help for first time leaser

Hi all, I’ve never leased before, so know very little but the one thing I do know is that as a recent sole trader I’ve very little chance of getting a lease agreement. Can anyone point me in the direction of a lease company that allow a family guarantor? All the firms I’ve spoken to have said they need two years of trading history. Financially I could go out and buy the car today (but I’ve had enough of the awful three year resale values) so fancy trying a lease instead

(Or if anyone knows of a company that take complete payment in advance for a full two or three year lease)
