Cinch extended warranty

Anyone have any experience with this, is it worthless like most of them or do they actually sort any issues?

We have a couple of customers who we have done work for and they seem to pay out - customer has to pay and reclaim. One was a couple of grand after one of Cinches rework centres managed to crack an aluminium hub, the other was an Audi they must have covered 3-4K worth of work
