New small car for a 78 year old

Hello folks,
The old dear wants a new car, her Citroen C3 was brand new when we bought it 8 years ago but she’s worried about a major failure and would like a new car, possibly her last but hopefully not.
Essentials:
Hybrid, petrol possibly full electric but not keen on full electric.
Ideally no more than a few cm wider than the C3
Automatic
High seating position-really important.
I’m taking her out on Friday to have a look at a few. Hence suggestions needed. We will either HP or PCP this and the budget in that case 300ish ideally less per month but we have around 3k deposit.
Hyundai Inster, I like but Mum’s not seen one yet, she’s gone Toyota Aygo. This isn’t my area of expertise so I’d appreciate any advice.

Higher seating position suggest an SUV? If so, how about an MG ZS Hybrid. If that is too big and an SUV isn't required how about an MG3 Hybrid. The Trophy is the model to go for and isn't much more per month.

In a Jazz the bonnet drops away sharply and the windscreen is BIG, hence forward visibility is extraordinary.
So she should test drive one. I bet she would love it.
The higher seat position is because as you get older it's much more difficult to get in and out of conventional height salon cars . Visibility is a bonus but not why the elderly like a higher car .
