Cancelling a lease car...

Ordered a lease car 3 weeks ago on a 12 month lease.

It's due to be delivered in May, As of yet I haven't paid a penny to them.

I'm having second thoughts on it so what would be the likely consequence of cancelling it now?...

Obviously depends on the T&Cs of the company but I've cancelled a few and only ever lost the initial admin fee.

I cancelled one after waiting months and not getting a build date, I hadn't paid a fee at this point.
