For some unknown reason I really want a Hyundai Ioniq 6. The problem is I don’t fit… getting comfortable in the drivers seat and my head brushes the roof lining. Granted I’m only 6ft1 but sadly with little legs and a longer torso.

Anyway I don’t find the CLA ev attractive, don’t really want a Tesla or a BMW I4. I might like the new I3 but it’s a way away yet and I’ll have to get over the wonky center console. The IM6 and BYD Seal seem to be a bit too same old same old.

Are there any EV saloons a bit odd looking around now or coming up that I haven’t thought of.

I sat in one yesterday waiting for my paperwork and I thought the same. I found it impossible to get comfortable and I'm only 6ft, just couldn't get the driving position right.

I sat in a standard one while I was there, I did fit and it was very nice, but really wanted a saloon.

I'm not in a position to offer any experience, but having been looking at EVs recently here's a few off the top of my head:

Porsche Taycan
Audi Etron GT
Audi A6 (although seems to be exclusively estate)
Genesis G80
Merc EQE
VW ID7

Mazda 6e worth a look? Not the most radical shape, but very beautiful, which these days is in itself radical hehe

Porsche Taycan
Audi Etron GT

These all day long for me and far better value than opting for a newer model.

Just buy one and slouch laugh That's what I do when driving my wife's one. I was really surprised at the lack of headroom, or rather the lack of being able to lower the drivers seat.

BMW i5
Kia EV4 Fastback (although a hatch, quite unusual looking so seems to fit!)

The EV4 Fastback is actually a saloon (with smaller boot opening) and is definitely unusual looking so it's a good shout. OP, take a look smile
