PH Classifieds - Number of Scammers

Sold many private cars successfully through PH and other platforms. Advertised a car this morning on the usual sites and already I've received 4 scam emails from PH advert. Never had this problem before with PH, usually one of the other major platforms.

What's changed? Is it just the platform has become more popular?

Do you have to be registered to reply to an advert? Would that help? At least account can be shutdown, although scammers will no doubt be ahead of that and have hundreds of accounts on standby.
