Is it just me that finds this massively irritating?

Take this:
"This 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman T GTS presents an exceptional opportunity with remarkably low mileage for its age, having covered just 26,169 miles. This Euro 6 compliant 2.5 litre petrol model boasts a sophisticated GTS trim and features a stylish brushed aluminium gear lever. For your comfort, it includes air conditioning with an integrated active carbon filter, and the Bi-Xenon headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights are complemented by automatic headlight activation and welcome home lighting. Connectivity is enhanced with the Connect Plus system, which includes Apple CarPlay.

The performance of this Porsche 718 Cayman is truly impressive, highlighted by its rapid 0-62mph acceleration in just 4.6 seconds. This swift acceleration indicates a superior driving experience compared to many other vehicles in its class. The combination of its potent engine, refined GTS specification, and thoughtful features makes this 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman T GTS a compelling choice for discerning drivers."

A call out to the gear knob and carbon filter yet no mention of Service History! It boggles my mind how dealers think this is a good way to advertise a car. Who do they think this appeals to? If I want to hear about how it is "a superior driving experience" I'd read/watch a review. I want cold, hard facts in my car ads!

Rant over. 1/10 I know.

They do my head in as well. It just looks lazy and makes me think the dealer is incompetent.

It's just an even easier way to produce an ad that describes the model in general but says nothing about the car for sale. Was quite common even pre AI and really irritating.

If you can't describe what you are selling why should anyone choose you as a seller?

Grrr!

Couldn't decide which of the above to quote. Dealer and private ads, I read the first 4 or 5 words, think AI and move on.
You've lost me and a sale.

EBAY seem to be making typing a description a very difficult task, taking seconds for each letter you type to appear, pushing AI as the alternative.

My experience from 3 ads I placed, had to cut short description, explain why, and call or message for details as my last line.

How AI can properly describe a 60 year old car is beyond me.

It seems thinking for yourself is a thing of the past, dementia here we come.
