I'm in the process of selling my daughter's 2014 Toyota Aygo. She bought it in 2019, at which point we bought a vehicle check, as you do. I normally use Vcheck. All clear. Reg is DG64 AUJ if anyone's interested.

When I uploaded the advert onto AT's website they've labelled it as a Cat C insurance write off. I even did an immediate Vcheck and of course it's all clear. AT just said that their vehicle check team only work Monday to Friday. Great; it's now Saturday evening.

Anyone else ever had this issue? What do I do if AT come back with a "Computer says no" type of response?
The car has never been on a private plate, never been in an accident in my daughter's ownership, so what are AT playing at? Advice welcome.

MDMA .

Special notes section on the log book. Does it say Cat C there or all blank?

Nope, just says 2 former keepers and declared new at registration.

Just to update this, I called AT on Monday morning and the customer service girl said, "Oh, I don't know why it's put a Cat C marker on your advert. I'll remove it now. Sorry about that."

Ten minutes later the Cat C marker, which never should have been there in the first place, was gone. I mean, it got sorted, but it doesn't give me much faith in AT's systems.
