Messaging on AT

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues using the message function on AT to enquire about a car

Having a couple of times using different emails I’ve had no AT confirmation email and no response from the seller - unfortunately I’m away and can’t phone them at the moment

Always has the confirmation email in the past
