Don't price based on the colour. Price based on age, mileage, condition/history, spec/trim.

As per edc, price it based on the same age/ mileage / condition car and forget the colour.
It may be that there aren't that many for sale as they weren't a popular choice and buyers want the more traditional colours.

Saying that my first car was a 1979 (T reg) Mini Clubman in Inca Yellow and I do think that at one stage in life everyone has to own a yellow car...
