A friend is selling his Range Rover Sport HSE Dynamic Sdv6. He's owned since 2019 and he's the second owner.
48k miles. FSH. New engine fitted by JLR 12 months ago under warranty due to random failue on motorway.

Condition is top notch. Black and black

We are in discussion on price and we are somewhere between 15 and 16k

How does that sound?

I've always liked it but i'm aware of it's image problem.

Why is your friend wanting to sell it, especially with a recent new engine fitted? Did you get more details on exactly what went wrong?

Others will be able to speak of actual ownership I am sure but from a few colleagues I know who have had them, they’ve all had expensive issues which took quite a while to fix. The new engine I am guessing comes warrantied? The rest of the car not having a JLR warranty would put me off.

They normally snap the crank don’t they? I’d be put off buying for other reasons, rather than that one.
