Looks like a decent deal. Broadspeed says you can buy the car for £32k so pcp with a similar deposit would probably be a little more expensive. Still £10k over two years though... decisions, decisions.

Hi guys

If looking for a deal on Merc E Class estate (or C Class if no good deals on the E). Must be AMG spec and preferably 250 but would consider a 220 if the price was right. Anyone seen anything?

Cheers
Applied leasing have the E220 AMG estate for £321.32 on a personal deal. 9 months down plus admin, 10,000 mikes a year

Let us know how you get on? .

Just signed up for an M3 DCT, but it's hideously expensive so probably doesn't belong on a 'best lease deals' thread.
(although it was the best I could find smile )

it's not about deals is it. It's about how to con the tax man. Just because you're currently getting away with it doesn't mean it's permitted, and just because it's loosely related to car leasing doesn't mean it's on topic.
Just as it doesn't mean that because you desperately want to be a moderator, that you are one.
You're just making yourself look a bit daft.

Nah. If I was a mod I would have to be diplomatic and not tell you to go fk yourself. For example.

Put less months down then and pay a higher monthly. That's how it works.

Think that actually works out a little dearer than the one posted above because of the 9 months deposit.

Don't mean to be disrespectful but you can analyse the minutiae of every deal and find a reason not too. Are you a serious buyer? If so ring some brokers. I was trying to help.

I think thats a good deal. The only one I found that bettered that was Drayton Mercedes who quoted me 6+23 at £341 a month, but they never followed up with a formal quote

Still mcbooks link works out at £10,266 over 2 years vs the deal on MB website which works out at £17,885 (£365pcm + 5k deposit) so look at it as him saving you £7.5k rather than you spending £10k.

And no, ive not sorted myself out yet!

The Golf R deal is back and I've just had a quote.

Business - £285pcm inc vat total cost (24 months, 8,000 miles) - £0.07 excess mileage
Personal - £409pcm inc vat total cost (24 months, 8,000 miles) - £0.19 excess mileage

A 44% premium for a personal lease on a like for like basis and a 171% premium on the excess mileage charge. I think I'll give that one a swerve.
...may I ask who's doing this offer?

Why do people get so bent out of shape when people ask for some guidance on business vs personal? If it's that much of an issue create a wiki or edit a post somewhere to create the definitive guide that people can refer to. Otherwise stfu and let other people answer the question if you don't want to.

Mercedes deals on outgoing C-class models are pretty keen just now and they seem eager to offload slks, too.

Gateway have a number of what appear to be good offers at present.

I'd like to know about cash for car/salary sacrifice schemes...
My company offers that. Sadly they're also mostly "green", and thus dull. They're also less of a bargain than I was expecting, so I decided against! Think the lease offers on here are generally better value, as you don't pay BIK if it's a personal lease..
Thanks for that. Very helpful...

Does your company choose the cars which go on the scheme?
