Guys, as title says... How do you adjust the handbrake?

there is a little access hole on the passenger side of the tunnel if you peel back the carpet. i think you can ajust it in there

I've always adjusted mine by selecting 1st gear and walking away. Seems to me the most reliable method!

Take the rear discs off and check the shoes, there are manual adjusters in there. If you just wind the cable up it won't adjust the shoes correctly. The previous dealer had just adjusted the cable on my car (badly) and the shoes disintegrated as a result.
I would back off the cable in the access hole behind the passenger seat, adjust up each shoe correctly, rebuild the brakes and then fine adjust the cable. I did this on mine a while back and the handbrake is still spot on.
