It only say's 'he had a hand in the chassis set-up'. Lotus had a hand in a Proton set-up but it didn't make it a Lotus !
But thats no Proton and those wheel arch extensions on the Lotus fiddled Proton made all the difference
be interesting to have a look at the car in the fleshI was waiting for the Fenix...

The Fenix Supercar is to be put on hold due to finance issues. Instead Lee Noble is working on a smaller, lighter coupe that should be ready in a few months. We hope to bring you more news soon.

The more I see the more I like but as ever the price is creaping up (50K euros to £70K), still not bad value so long as the build quality is good.
Nothing more annoying than having issues like having your exhaust backbox bracket welded every couple of months, wishbone mounts cracking, wheels falling apart heater box melting and air con failing to name a few
but I'd hazzard a guess that's why this car isn't £200K!!!
Oh and nice to know it may have some added poise from Lee.

€50k was base cost at 1.3€/£ (late 2008) and without taxes - so with the £ around 1.15€ and +VAT it equates to £67k.Throw in the options mentioned in the article and it's pretty much bang on what it was said it was going to be.

Strange looking car. Looks half Maserati and half TVR in my opinion. Still if Lee has been tweaking the suspension it should handle well. Anyone know when/if they are available in the UK or is this another will they/wont they car?
Covered in previous post - first car off the production line herehttp://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
First RHD UK car is being built as we speak - should be here in time for Goodwood.
